Ramshej Fort,Nashik.You can live there for a night on the fort in the tent.You should carry the tents with you.

This a flag of bhagva ( orange ) colour on top of the fort. Really, it gives the memory of Great Shivaji Maharaj.

This is Ramshej Fort situated at 10 km from Nashik on Peth road. This is the kamaan (entry) to the fort from road side.Many families came there for 1 day picnic on bike.

These are ponds of sweet water on the top of the fort.This water is drinkable,but due to our negligence it becomes dirty.

On the fort there is mandir of  (from left) Datta,Ram,Saptashrungi Mata

This is a sweet and drinkable water pond.It is underground and under the  Ram mandir.Total depth of this pond is approximately 6 ft. In the summer you will get cold and pure water ( More Than RO Filter). It is maintained by local person.So many many thanks to him.

History of brave MAVALAS of Shivaji.Also it is a story of Shri Ram.He came and stayed here.So Ramshej means the bed of ShriRam.
